Our client, a growing company, is urgently looking for Retail Travel Sales Agent in their branch in Abu Dhabi.
Directly reporting to the Local Retail Manager, your responsibilities will be assessing individual’s and business people’s needs to help them make the best possible travel arrangements and specializing by type of travel, such as leisure or business or destination by promoting travel packages on behalf of cruise lines, resorts and specialty travel groups.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Providing business and personal services of customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating of customer satisfaction
- Advising clients of features of land, sea, and air masses, including their physical characteristics, locations, interrelationships, and distribution of plant, animal, and human life
- Showing, promoting, and selling products or services which includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Identifying and advising clients of the different methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits
- Managing of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
