We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales/Business Development Manager to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.
Actively contribute to business by conducting meetings with salespeople as well as customers.
The goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Drive business by actively monitoring and channelizing the sales team.
Motivating the sales team.
Training the sales team adequately on the full sales life cycle and mentoring them to close business.
Coming up with new BD plan to expand our reach into the market.
Required Candidate profile
Proven experience in sales; experience as a Business Development Manager, no industry specific requirement
MOST IMP SKILL: Consultative selling skills, ability to identify pain areas of customers and proposing solutions accordingly
At least two years experience managing a team
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Hours: Should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
