Responsibilities: Supporting the Senior Consultant(s) in sourcing qualified candidates, using extensive search methods and advertising. Working to KPIs and providing weekly statistics for management reporting. Resourcing and qualifying candidates, arranging and confirming interviews. Database Management. Person Specification: 1 year or more experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
