FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT – HR. DUBAI. REFERENCE NO: 20832 COMPETITIVE SALARY. Our client, a leading food supply company, is seeking a Functional Consultant – HR. Reporting to the ERP Program Manager, your main responsibility would be to take a lead role in the implementation of HR and payroll modules in MS Dynamics AX. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all business requirements are addressed in accordance with the HR department needs and for imparting the user training, providing user support and implementing specific configurations where applicable and ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the project scope and requirements. The ideal candidate must possess a formal qualification in the field of IT/HR/finance, with 3 years experience in a similar role. You should also possess in-depth knowledge of application design and development, relational databases and demonstrated experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Axapta/AX HR and payroll modules. You should be well-versed in the operational HR processes and procedures and have working knowledge of SQL server database and utilities.
