Our client, a luxurious five-star hospitably provider, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager. This impressive resort boasts an array of restaurants with renowned world class chefs, an impressive collection of luxury boutiques and shops and extensive meeting and convention facilities. The responsibilities of the role include analysing and planning restaurant sale levels and profitability, creating and executing business plans, profit and staff development, setting and implementing budgets, planning and coordinating menus and most importantly, ensuring the services and offerings are commensurate with guests expectations. To be considered for this role, you will have three to four years experience in a similar role, with strong practical experience in leading and managing a workforce, a qualification or a proven track record in hotel management as well as an understanding of creating and managing food and beverage budgets.
