The company offers a wide range of mobile services and products designed for personal and business use and they are seeking an experienced Techno Sales and Solutions Manager to join their small local office based in Internet City. The Techno Sales and Solutions Manager will be responsible for providing pre-sales and technical support for the company’s business including selling products and solutions to meet customer requirements and coordinate with System
Integrators to design and deliver end-to-end solutions. Additional responsibilities will include responding to enquiries and complaints, managing problems through to resolution and working with Local Service Providers and equipment vendors. Developing and producing proposals in response to RFPs will also be a part of the duties of this role. Applicants must have a degree in telecommunications or a related discipline with at least 5 years experience in a technocommercial role in the communications or IT industry. They must have a strong knowledge of data and voice networking, including TCP/IP, ATM, Frame Relay, ISDN, and/or TDM leased circuits along with excellent communication and customer servicing skills. Experience working with sales targets in a technical field and the ability to produce quality reports and
