Reporting to the Managing Director, your main responsibility would be preparing and conducting trainings on the brand, its products and sales techniques, in respect of the corporate training policy and the budget guidelines. You will identify and assess the training needs in the different markets or chains. You will also be responsible for designing, developing and delivering training for Beauty Consultants to enhance their competencies and increase their loyalty to the brand. The ideal candidate must have 3 years experience as a trainer, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, French would be advantageous.
