Directly reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will be to book, amend and cancel air travel, hotel accommodation, car rentals, tours, recreation and other travel related products and services in line with client requests and company procedures and provide efficient and superior service to clients by offering cost effective and acceptable travel solutions that exceeds client expectations.
Other responsibilities will be the following:
- Provide efficient and superior service to clients with regard to airfares, itineraries and tour packages.
- Follow company process and protocol including accurate use of operational products and systems to book, ticket and report activity in line with company policy and procedure.
- Actively be involved in suggesting new ideas and providing recommendations on the improvement of the service provided thereby increasing revenue and productivity.
