We are working with one of the most reputable and well-established contracting companies in the UK who are searching for a Commercial Manager to join their regional start-up based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Commercial Manager, you will be required to work with the Director and General Managers to provide timely costing and pricing information to determine the viability of projects. You will then be responsible for ensuring all pre- and post-contractual work is completed on time, from proposal to contract completion. You will also be responsible for building and leading a team of estimators, procurement officers and quantity surveyors. Only applicants who have solid regional experience in a similar role within a multinational general contracting company will be considered for this position. In addition to civil construction commercial knowledge, you will be experienced in using construction project software, including Excel, to prepare and produce estimation and costing reports. You must be a strong team player who is willing to work with other team members to be sure that the necessary work is completed on time. Our client is looking for a self-starter who has an engineering degree along with relevant KSA experience.
