An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Manager to work for a well-established and reputable company here in the Middle East. This person will be responsible for the entire HR function of this organisation and will be accountable for driving it forward.
Accountabilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with the Managers and staff to ensure the business is growing. You will ensure that Managers are supported in managing the performance of their staff, that training plans are in place and that they are measured accordingly. You will be working closely with the CEO and the role will be varied and require travel across the UAE. English must be your native language and you must be Western educated with a Degree in HR or be CIPD qualified. You must also have worked within the hospitality, or leisure/retail industry and have a minimum of five years experience at Senior HR level.
