Ideal candidate would be a native Arabic speaking male. You would hold a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5-7 years of Business Development experience in high-end cosmetic or the luxury industry in the Gulf. Reporting to the Managing Director, your main responsibility would be preparing and conducting trainings on the brand, its products and sales techniques, in respect of the corporate training policy and the budget guidelines. You will also be responsible for designing, developing and delivering training for Beauty Consultants to enhance their competencies and increase their loyalty to the brand.
