You will be responsible for compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and all personnel issues. You will also be managing a team of three, ensuring that they are running efficiently and ensuring that support is provided. You must have a Degree in HR and be able to speak English and Arabic, with French would be an advantage. You must be Western educated with a minimum of three years experience as a HR Manager. Strong communication skills are essential with the ability to be patient and confident in presenting ideas. Positions available range from Junior Relationship Manager through to Unit Head.
