The Person
The aspiring candidate must be a Graduate, having 1-2 years of experience in a consulting role with focus on the FMCG, Banking & Finance sectors and fundamental understanding of other corporate functions. Proactive & customer focused; positive, enthusiastic individuals who are quality-driven and utilize soft selling techniques. Understanding of the importance of building close relationships with both candidates and clients, with the ability to work across a number of roles as well as manage a large candidate base. Self-starters who can push themselves beyond their comfort zone and have high levels of tenacity in a deadline driven environment.
Role Specification
This diverse role is an opportunity for those who are interested in Executive Consulting. The candidate will manage and participate in the research and the hiring process from end to end. Will identify and develop business relationships in a competitive environment. Attract & source candidates and maintain the candidate database which tracks engagement, candidate activity and other various updates. Thoroughly screen prospective candidates against position specifications. Organize interviewing and selection processes; periodically update and review the Job Portals. Perform market research and be updated about current trends and opportunities.
